This vehicle was purchased new in 2008 and subsequently armoured to B6 level — the highest civilian grade of protection — specifically for transporting Royal Family members. Around 2010, it was acquired from the UK Government fleet and has since been used exclusively for the secure transport of Presidents, Heads of State, and Royals across Europe.

Originally finished in a light exterior colour, the car was later repainted in official Royal dark blue by an authorised Bentley body shop to match its distinguished role.
